Upper Chama Valley, northern NM.

A visit north to watch spring emerge in the moutains. We have a cabin south of Chama in the Brazos Cliffs area. lots of precipitation this winter makes for a lush and glorious spring and a fine seasonal waterfall. Which is just beginning. Word has it there's an ice dam up above and once that breaks watch the valley flood! We always need and celebrate water.

My clay covered hand. Almost 50 years of object making. Deep bows to you both.

What spring rains look like in the desert. In my 35 years here I've never seen such a green spring.
